Waterborne Polyurethane High-Temperature Resistant Additive Applications:

This product is a novel additive specifically developed to enhance the heat resistance of waterborne polyurethane resins and waterborne acrylic emulsions. It exhibits excellent compatibility with resins such as waterborne polyurethane and acrylic, without causing precipitation or delamination. It remains stable during molding at 180°C, showing no blooming, adhesion, or whitening. It can be added in any proportion. After addition, it significantly improves heat resistance. Waterborne Polyurethane High-Temperature Resistant Additive is suitable for use in aluminum-transfer coatings for cigarette packaging, greatly enhancing heat resistance and peelability, and fully complying with VOC limit requirements for cigarette packaging.
